A week or two ago, I bought cevapcici from Greisinger in the meat aisle. It says on the label that if stored between 2 and 7 degrees Celsius, it's good until July 24, 2024? Is that a typo and does it mean June 24? It's brewed and marinated, and contains ascorbic acid, but can it really keep that long?
