Grams?
They say that a portion is as much as fits in the palm of your hand, but how many grams is that approximately?
I haven't bought a Happy Meal in what feels like ages, so I'm not sure if you're still allowed to choose the toy or if they're working faster these days or if they just throw something in the bag?
Good bye! I am concerned about the question when food packaging says: Per 100g: Carbohydrates 58.7g, of which sugars 0.7g. Do I have to take into account the conversion of carbohydrates into sugar, as the final result contains more sugar than the 0.7g stated on the packaging? Thank you in advance!
If not, why not
I'm just wondering who actually said that this eating behavior is normal and this isn't. And maybe it is normal to eat little, and then we "all" actually have an eating disorder without even realizing it.
Depending on the weight of each food and the size of the hand, popcorn would be about 30 grams.
Thanks for the star.
This depends on the respective food. Ne hand full of flour weighs less than a hand full of apple.
And how much grams would be a handful of popcorn?
A hand full of popcorn? I’d appreciate 10-20 grams.
Can’t be said at a flat rate because not every food weighs exactly the same amount when it fits into your hand.
A handful is more of a volume. Not a weight indication (gram). Like I’m saying 150…200ml.
Depends on what food it is and how big your hand is.
A handful of nuts is certainly heavier than a handful of popcorn!
Gramm of what?
popcorn
