Götterspeise schnittfest bekommen?

Hallo zusammen,

ich möchte Götterspeise schnittfest bekommen, damit sie beim Zerschneiden nicht auseinander rinnt, sondern so verbleibt wie sie ist (mit der Schnittkante). Versteht ihr, was ich meine? Also dass, wenn ich die zerschneide, die Götterspeise nicht so auseinander “rinnt” sondern eine gerade glatte Schnittkante hat.

then you have to let the gelling, there are these plates that are softened in water and then there is to the food that should be fixed – don’t come to the name .-)))))))))

This is gelatin – but it is made of gods’ food anyway;-)

yes, but you can take it so that it gets stronger

Either less liquid or more gelatine…and leave to gel at all times. It takes several hours.

Evtl. take a little less water than indicated, in any case let cool very well.

God’s food prepared according to package leaf is usually cut-resistant.

Stir the package insert and let it harden for at least 12 hours in the refrigerator
