Google Search Console page indexing – error – who can help?
My GSC keeps showing me the errors in the images for my online shops. This seems to be why the pages aren't all being indexed, and thus are receiving few visitors. Does anyone have any insight into this and can help me?
I'm also having errors with Google Adsense. Can anyone help with that? See image 2.
You will hardly get a helpful answer to your question. The screenshots do not help. In the first screenshot, for example, it is not possible to see how many pages are affected by the “errories”. I write the word “mistake” deliberately in quotes, because not all are real mistakes. A 404 is definitely one, pages with forwarding may not be mistakes. You can only guess that. Click on the “error”, then examples will be displayed. Check from your point of view whether the error is or not. No one can see this.
Also with the second screenshot is not much to start. You can say at most that, in the opinion of Adsense, you have violated directives. Check the points and request a review. But that’s all there. No good help is possible without further knowledge.
A number of pages (400+) are affected by the “error”. The 404 are 8 pages. My question is more about whether you can fix this somehow so that the pages can be indexed to Google. Currently the pages are not indexed due to the error
As written… the analysis is not possible with more data. Do you have 400 pages in the category “Alternative page with correct canonical day”? That’s not a mistake, you said so. The same applies to “page with forwarding”. If there are many leads, this is not optimal, but probably so desired. The “404” you need to track and fix yourself. At the Classifieds page, I can well imagine that Google holds a lot of pages for duplicates because there is no content. Without ads, only the frame stands and it is always similar. This can only be corrected if there is more content. But this is only speculation after the information. You have to find the reasons yourself or bring a more concrete example.
In principle, organic traffic is currently not your biggest problem. Even if someone comes to your empty website via Google… why should you give up an ad? The probability that someone reads this ad is obviously extremely low. The original is definitely worth it.
In principle, I cannot imagine that an online shop has so many duplicates. But good… you’ve done that. If Google finds two very similar pages, only one is indicated. Either the canonical URL you specified (first case), or Google is looking for a (second case). If you enter a meaningful URL for all pages without a canonical URL, Google will like it. This does not change the fact that it is about double content. The sides then slide from case 2 in case 1. Google does not like duplicates and no user wants SERPs to be flooded with similar pages of a URL. So you should go into yourself and ask yourself if all these duplicates make sense.
Well, the first is my webshop. The 404 are only a few under 10. they are known to me but the others are extremely many (100,250,90,…) and I would like to fix this if this is possible. The website with forwarding can probably be avoided net?
These are no mistakes that affect your ranking.
