Google Chrome problems?

Hello, I've been having problems with the Google Chrome browser for two weeks. When I try to help, it displays error code 7, and despite uninstalling and reinstalling, it still doesn't work. I'm experiencing the following problems:

• The pages sometimes do not load
• Indicates that there is no connection to the website ( This website is not available , ERR_QUIC_PROTOCOL_ERROR )
• shows that there is something wrong with my network even though it is running smoothly
• Various graphics are not loading
• After using the Google Chrome browser for a while, my PC crashes and then restarts.
• Help shows error code 7: 0X80072F8F System Level

Can someone help me there, I don't know what to do anymore.
