Goodnotes files gone, help Abi?
Hello, I'm in a really strange situation. This morning, my GoodNotes decided to update itself, even though I don't have internet access at school. Since it kept loading and loading and nothing happened, I canceled the download, and lo and behold, my GoodNotes disappeared. So I connected my tablet to my phone's hotspot and reinstalled it.
When I opened the app, all, absolutely ALL, of the notebook covers were gone, and many folders were missing. I can no longer open the gray notebooks. They're not in the cloud. They're not on my storage either. I've tried everything.
Can someone please help me? I'm graduating this year and can't risk losing my files forever.
