GoodNotes 6 on MacBook?
Hi, can you download and use GoodNotes 6 on a MacBook? If so, what features does it offer, and how does it differ from the iPad version?
So far I've only used an iPad and now I need a MacBook for university, so I'll get one with an M2 or M3 processor.
I would like to know if I should switch to other apps or if GoodNotes can be used well on Mac in lectures?
Thanks in advance for your reply. Feel free to send me a screenshot of your desktop if anyone is already using it that way 🙂
GoodNotes on macOS is a Catalyst app. This is a technology from Apple with the developer, iOS apps with relatively small adjustments, can run on macOS.
Promise GoodNotes on the Mac is quite the same as on the iPad. However, the app is already very focused on drawing and writing with the pen, which is not going on the Mac. Maybe another software like Apple Notes, which is more designed for mouse and keyboard, is a better choice.
