The JC normally gives a deadline, it even has to take over the full cost by 6 months, even if too expensive. In addition, however, you have to prove that no cheaper apartment is available under the permitted rental limits.

You’ll get these evidence.
If the JC accepts these not, a contradiction of the first path, the 2. If the JC introduces the payment up to the limit, which would be illegal to apply for interim legal protection at the competent social court.

You have to prove that there are no cheaper apartments. Through appropriate tenders and cancellations.

This depends entirely on the grounds for rejection and cannot be answered in a general way.

But there are so good wi NO apartments up to 561,60€!!!! Not in the Ludwigshafen area. I’m alone with my 15 year old daughter.

This is the reason for the contradiction 🙂

Living in the immediate vicinity of my permanent employment.

Now or the new apartment?

Why do you want to get out of the current apartment, and what about the reasonably priced apartments?

The answers would be more helpful if you were to explain the history. But so much work… would probably overwhelm you…

they should look for a comparable accommodation that is in their price proposals.
But they will not find their way and finally pay the costs

through the flower so they ask for an apartment where you are close to town and which fits in their financial framework since you had been looking for it for months without success.
