Good keto recipes/substitutes?
For example, a substitute for rice paper or, if possible, maybe even potatoes? (I'd like to try mashed potatoes, but it's not possible with kohlrabi (good for fries and chips).)
And is there a website with good recipes where you can filter how many carbs something can have? I'm only allowed to eat 20g of carbs, and I fill up very quickly if I have a small portion of porridge (5g) and keto bread (>0.2g) with cheese or something similar (about 1-2g) for breakfast, and then two portions of a dish with 5g per portion for lunch (I always eat more at lunch/afternoon), and I still don't have enough for dinner, although I often skip the porridge and eat melon instead (50g = 4g carbs).
Hey.
As a rice paper substitute you can use salad leaves, e.g. squid salad or roman salad is excellent for wrapping fillings.
As a potato substitute, you can make cauliflower. Simply crush cauliflower in a mixer and fry in a pan.
Pumpkin or cabbage rabies is also very delicious.

Love greetings
kohlrabi contains too much sugar anyway.
I wouldn’t eat porridge. in keto no chalk and of course no carrots, no carrots etc.
choose for the duration of the diet from the saturation supplement.
for spring rolls, head salad sheets are suitable if you cut the leaf ribs flat.
at only 20g KH per day, you have to take off. you can make a kind of bunny from ice and quark.
mushrooms have almost no carbohydrates, mangles have only 5g on 100g and saturate well.
Carrots are a healthy snack with little carbohydrates and many nutrients.
carrots have 10g sugar on 100g.
in a keto diet they are contraindicated.
