Good idea to roll things in melted butter and then bake them, and does that produce the same result?
I didn't have any room left in the pan. I fried schnitzel in butter.
However, I still had one schnitzel left that didn't fit in the pan. I didn't want to cook it again in the same pan because the butter would burn.
So I simply rolled the schnitzel in melted butter and now baked it in the oven.
Will this produce the same result as if I were to fry the schnitzel?
However, with more than one carving – will fold – you would have been faster if you had rinsed the pan out briefly…
