So for a few snapshots at the class drive it’s safe. Don’t expect too much. The only good thing about this camera is that it’s new. Otherwise, it is extremely simple. Fixed focus, solid aperture, fixed exposure time … so the images are only halfway sharp and misexposures are naturally possible.

A quite good alternative are used cameras. For the money you get a used Canon Prima. They are quite solid and the results are significantly better. The Sprite, which is also available from AgfaPhoto and Kodak, could be a certain retro charm, but even old box cameras had at least different apertures to choose from.
