Good and free app builder for Android?

Hello, I want to develop a small app, but I'm not good at coding. After countless hours with ChatGPT, I haven't come up with anything worthwhile. Now I'm looking for a simple drag-and-drop solution. Maybe someone has a good tip for me.

The app should do the following:

It should first scan for Bluetooth Low Energy devices. If a predefined device (ESP32) is within range, the app should connect to it. It should then be possible to send single-digit ASCII characters (numbers 0-9 and letters ag) to a specific characteristic of this device. Therefore, an input mask should be provided for this purpose.

I can't get it to work in Android Studio because I rely on GPT, and the AI can't resolve its own errors. Can anyone help me?

Bluetooth can. Don’t know if it’s really possible what you need, but just look at it.

I don’t think that’s so easy with a kit, you have to deal with the code and, if necessary, with corresponding frameworks or the like.

And yes, the Ki is absolutely stupid and can’t program anything you’ve done well
