Golf 4 1.4 16V jerks when accelerating?
Hello community,
I wanted to take my Golf for a drive. I pulled out of my street (30 km/h zone) and everything was fine, no problems. However, when turning onto the main road I noticed that it was stuttering when accelerating, the engine light (yellow) was flashing and I could also feel a slight loss of power. 1.4 16V AXP or APX, model year 2001. When stationary and accelerating, I also noticed a stuttering in the lower rev range. I recently fitted a Novus sports exhaust. I hope that's not the problem. What could it be? I last drove the car 2 days ago and nothing happened then either. I don't want to lose this car.
Add the video because of the non-rotating wheel:

When the MKL flashes you usually have ignition triggers. So go towards the spark plug, ignition coil.
But before that read out the error memory.
In the case of flashing MKL, the catalyst can be destroyed. So go to the workshop.
Read the error memory.
Addendum: Do not make any problems until the MKL is still in place. I noticed that the last wheel does not turn on the V-belt. Random water pump? Video can’t be uploaded here
What is in the error memory?
The fact that a wheel does not rotate on the V-belt without the belt screaming loudly and dissolving itself in smoke in a few seconds is simply not possible.
But it is possible to upload videos here.
