The ignition coils probably work constantly with the higher voltage. This is used only when the starter turns. Since the voltage of the car coincides during start-up, the ignition is supplied directly with the operating voltage.

In normal operation, the current passes via a pre-resistance to the ignition coil.

First, it is necessary to check whether the replacement coils have been ordered as original parts according to the VIN number of the car. If they fit, then check if they are properly wired.

You should be suspicious if anything has been changed on the car (power grid, radio installation, lighting, replacement engine etc.)

How many times has the ignition coil been renewed?

Did you pass through all the cables and contacts of the ignition system?
