Going to a concert alone with my sister at 13?

Hello…, I have a question. I've read a lot that you're only allowed to go to a concert alone if you're 14 or older. My sister (16) and I (13) wanted to go to a hava concert soon. Would a "parental consent form" be sufficient for me, or do I HAVE to be accompanied by a parent or guardian? I'd appreciate any feedback.

You need to be accompanied by a full-year-old and if this is not a parent, you need an additional

How do you know? By law, there are no restrictions on age and at Eventim, I have not read about a restriction.

A ticket sales platform has nothing to do with it. You have to read this at the organizer or the concert hall. And almost always, it’s just that you get in under 16 years with a full-year companion

You’re right, but usually Eventim has already communicated such things on its own platform. We’ve been working a long time ago on a concert with some artist who was also at the kids. At that time: under 14 with accompaniment, about it with courage.

But I see the questioner is only 13. You can really assume there’s a companion.

That wasn’t meant bad either, I just didn’t know better or I didn’t find anything.

For the sake of fun, I’ve tried to find out how it’s regulated at Hava’s tour, like the Columbiahalle in Berlin. The following can be found on the subject of youth protection

6- to 15-year-olds may visit a concert ONLY accompanied by a full-year-old. This may be either a person entitled to care or a person commissioned by the person concerned. For this purpose, an education order must be completed and signed by the guardians.

Since concerts are not regarded as a “dance event” in the legal sense, there are no restrictions on the part of the legislator. Theoretically, you could also attend a concert at 13 years.

Here, however, the organizers usually push a bolt. Says: Ask the organizer whether there are restrictions.

With a first 13-year-old person, the question arises as to whether this does not have to be accompanied by an adult (written request from the organizer ).

Otherwise… a person commissioned via “Muttizettel” must be mandatory all year.
