Goebbels?

I'm currently working on a piece of bone and a jacketed bullet, both together in an acrylic block.

This is engraved with:

JG (Joseph Goebbels?)

1.05.45

F. Genoud (François Genoud?)

There is a sticker on the acrylic block:

126,752 (NSDAP membership number)

K H. (Konstantin Hierl)

ESTATE

My comments are in brackets.

I would be very happy if you could give me a tip as to who could take care of the origin / affiliation of the bone fragment.

The radiocarbon method would be suitable to determine the age of the bone. For example, in Bern: https://www.climate.unibe.ch/services/radiocarbon_date/index_ger.html

Presumably, Joseph Goebbels no longer receives direct DNA that could compare the DNA in the bone. Probably still live descendants of his siblings.

No, it wasn’t in Bern. Quote: “Please note that for technical reasons we do not carry out an ageing of bones. ‘

But in Vilnius, Lithuania, there is a laboratory for this: https://vilniusradiocarbon.com/en/ams-radiocarbondation/knochen/
