I'm currently bedridden with a fever, and my back is sweating profusely. I just went for a smoke while wearing a sweat jacket, and my back was pretty cold. Could I get pneumonia from this? Or bronchitis? It's 22 degrees Celsius today. That was so stupid, but the fresh air was good, too.
