Either you noticed the wrong password, so it should change again.
Or you have reset your smartphone to factory settings and have to wait three days for a security feature until the registration works with this Google account.
Should the latter be the case you will find detailed information about it.
There are also Informationthat you have to wait 24 hours after each password change until you get on a new device can log in.

at pc everything goes back and on phone is only youtube with registration blocked Google and translator etc pictures that login only blocks youtube and that’s strange
