Gmail address not found when logging into Google to reset Playstation password?

Hello, I just wanted to change the password on my PS4 account, so I went to change password as normal and then they said "we have sent you a code to change your password" and now I wanted to switch to my email where I was supposed to get this code so that I can actually change the password for this account!

Of course, for some reason I didn't have the email in my phone, so I entered it into Google Sign In to find it and then sign in

And now it says "The account was not found." Any ideas why this is happening?

Now, of course, I can't change my password either!
