NH3 is a base, thus increasing the pH — alternatively, it eats H3O+ ions. Since these are removed from the equilibrium, more hydrogen sulfide can react to sulfide.

PbS does not dissolve, but NaCl does not influence the H3O+ ions. That would not change at the sulfide ion concentration.

However, HCl and NaHSO4 are acidic. The addition of these substances thus provides additional H3 O+ ions and would lower the sulfide ion concentration.
