Do you think I can create a good website when I'm completely clueless?

A website similar to gutefrage or yahoo! answers. Is that completely impossible for a beginner? I've hardly ever programmed, and when I tried, I didn't like it… But a website like gutefrage or yahoo! answers, would that be possible for me, or would it take 20 years to achieve?

It is not “just” a (static) page in HTML like an old, traditional homepage anno 1998.

A dynamically constructed surface is used in the individual parts, functions are installed by script language (programmed), a corresponding database with all contents behind it, a complete user administration and so on.

I think you have to have a lot of basics on it if you want to build it all by yourself from 0.

Well, such a complex, dynamic (so interactive) page.

As I said, a static homepage (with non-changeable content) is something else.

Yeah, that’s completely impossible, at least within a short time. For this, you need a lot of knowledge and experience that does not fall from heaven.

A simple website is something completely different from a complex social media platform.

Simply press “F12” in the web browser and open “Developer Tools”.
Now analyze all page elements and all scripts.
A lot of things happen on the server.
Some are third-party FrameWork. Good question doesn’t do everything alone.
Further development, maintenance, maintenance, safety certainly requires more than one person who cares. Perhaps the GF team comments on how many people hang on the web development?

it is completely impossible for beginners, just as little as a beginner can plan a high-rise, can build a plane or can design a cpu.

With simple construction boxes from the net today everyone can.

it is about individual development, not about construction.

No, it’s not about a simple website

You could probably create such a one, but the backend of a big question-answer platform doesn’t just write that. It needs an experienced dev.
