Give up keeping rabbits?
Hello. This morning, my 8-year-old neutered rabbit passed away. It's still so hard for me; I absolutely can't handle it, so if anyone has any tips, I'd appreciate it. My 2-year-old female rabbit is now alone. Another rabbit is out of the question for us, so my only option is to sell her. I've had rabbits since I was 5 and I can't live without them. I don't know if I can handle it because something will be missing from my life.
I can understand that we also have two rabbits…naja maybe it brings what they sell to someone you know friends related people from the neighborhood then you know that they are in good hands and can visit them occasionally!
There are clubs where you can “borrow” rabbits until the rabbit has died from you, after which the “leihkaninichen” comes for the rest of his life with other rabbits into a large enclosure where they are well used. :
we really don’t need rabbits anymore, and it’s got a good 10 years ahead, I’m out of that age, and I don’t have a jack on her anyway. Fits everything as it has come
Hey :
I can understand you, my condolences!
You can sell your rabbit to family/friends, then you can continue to see them and spend time with them. If that doesn’t go, she’ll definitely get to the shelter! You can be sure they take care of them, and the later holders too!
I brought my 2 rabbits from the animal shelter a couple of years ago, the animal shelter staff said they’d definitely look past the rabbit. I had the rabbits a year ago and I thought they didn’t come anymore, but they came… a year later! And they’re allowed to take the rabbits back if you keep the animals bad!
Good luck:)
Well, you have to get a good shelter. I wanted to get one from the animal shelter because my other was alone because the partner died and the rabbits there had much too little space and they said that they would convey the rabbit I wanted (I took extra my kanichen and the two were super understood they were just bit bit bite what is normal) only in individual attitudes because it is not tolerated with others.
Well, that’s like every animal shelter.
Yeah, that’s right.
I believe you. With us in the area, unfortunately all shelters are up to 2 garbage. They have no idea about the animals and are extremely unfriendly. So you have to look like the animal shelter before you get his animal in there.
So first my condolences. 😓
I would ask Mal friends, neighbors, family, etc. whether they take the other rabbit. Then you can still visit the rabbit.
I wish you good luck!🍀

Well, if you don’t get one more thing to do with it. But if it really doesn’t, you’ll have to give it anyway.
