Corona positiv 2024?

Ich Habe mich am Donnerstag Mittag Corona Positiv getestet mit fieber, Schnupfen, husten usw.. Mittlerweile sind die Symptome milder geworden jedeglich nurnoch husten , kratzen im hals und Schnupfen. Wie sind eigentlich die Regelungen momentan? Muss ich Trotz positiven Test Arbeiten gehen oder wie ist das alles geregelt momentan?

Schmerzen am Ellbogen?

Ich habe in Vergangenheit Muskeltraining gemacht, und regelmäßig Schmerzen am Ellbogen gehabt, diese traten nur auf wenn ich den versucht habe auszustrecken. Nun nach dem Boxtraining gestern habe ich diese Schmerzen wieder, es ist immer der selbe Arm, Hatte Jemand sowas ähnliches? Was kann ich da machen? Das verheilt relativ schnell wieder aber kehrt immer…

Alternatively, there are gypsum-fitted mull binders. If you soften them in water, you can put them on the plaster over defective spots and repair fractures.
