GinoRing in Langzeitzyklus?
Ich benutze den Ring noch nicht lange und habe ihn beim ersten Mal 4 Wochen lang drin gelassen und anschließend für eine Woche entfernt und danach pünktlich einen neuen eingesetzt. Nun bin ich 4 Wochen nach dem einsetzen auf Reisen, wo es eher umständlich ist den Ring pünktlich zu entfernen oder einzusetzen. Daher würde ich ihn gern doch nach drei Wochen schon entfernen und auch gleich einen neuen einsetzen, damit ich es eben nicht eine Woche später auf Reisen tun muss. Wäre das so möglich? Erstens der Langzeitzyklus, und der Wechsel zwischen 3 und 4 Wochen?

This is a plastic ring ( looks like a hair gum) that is inserted into the vagina and gives hormones controlled there. Since it acts directly where it is supposed to be, it has (at least for me) a little less side effects than the pill and yet it is only necessary to think about it every 3 or 4 weeks 🙂

Now is it better with the mood swings?
the first few weeks I already had mood swings, but I don’t know if it didn’t have other reasons:) after I put off the pill, I took 4 kilos without big what to do and my weight still keeps
Have you noticed any side effects yet?
