Is it considered self-inflicted damage if the display is partially cracked but you want to claim damage to the microphone/earpiece?
It's about the Rebuy guarantee. At some point, the display broke.
But later the damage mentioned appeared

Hello everyone, I want to switch from my iPhone 15 to an iPhone 7. (Don't ask why, I just like the button better). The problem is that I didn't see that the iPhone 7 only has 32 GB and I've used up 97 GB on my current iPhone 15 (I have 128 GB available there)….
Hey 🙂 I have a question. A friend and I wanted to create a TikTok account. We know what it should be about (mostly about riding/horses), but we can't think of a good name. We really need help, and it would be great if you could help. 🙂 PS: We would like to remain anonymous,…
The first question is why the display has jumped. If it happened due to a fault to be charged to you, at least the Dispaly is no longer part of the warranty.
The second question is how does the audio problems arise. Since microphone and ear loudspeakers have been broken at the same time, I first tap a setting problem and not a hardware defect.
If it is nevertheless a defect that is covered by the warranty, you must at least repair this part. The display then remains broken.
If the mobile phone is irreparable and needs to be replaced, it can be that you have a replacement date with a whole display, but you have to pay for it.
By the way, this is now all speculations and you should ask directly at Rebuy and wait for their answer.
