Hallo, ich wollte heute um 16:39 von Nürnberg mit dem 9-Euro-Ticket nach Zürich fahren. Allerdings ist mein Zug kurz vor Abfahrt kaputt gegangen und alle Fahrgäste mussten aussteigen. Mit diesem hätte ich nach Augsburg müssen und dann noch mehrmals umsteigen. Natürlich sind alle diese Anschlüsse verpasst und ich wäre statt geplant um 22:27 um 03:05…

Hello,

the BahnCard must be valid at the time of the trip, so if it expires this October and the departs next year in January, it is no longer valid.

Yes, the railway card must be carried along and therefore valid at the time of the journey.

You must be in possession of a valid railway card on the day of the trip.

If your BC is valid only until October, you can’t buy a new BC in January. If not, the train attendee will bruise fine.
