Urine a greenish or bluish hue can indicate bacteria in the urinary tract or a rare genetic disease. But also medicines and foods can produce one of these unusual colours.This can be investigated by a pediatrician.I would just keep an eye on it and wait for it to happen a few times and nothing. It’s usually harmless.

Go to the doctor my God! How do we know what’s going on? Maybe drinking too much mountain dew or something. Or it’s different. No one can tell you.
