Wenn der Muskelfaserriss groß und kompliziert ist, dann muss operiert werden. Kommt nicht oft vor, weil die meisten Risse eben von alleine heilen, aber halt nicht alle.
Wenn z.B. Muskeln voneinander getrennt sind, muss man sie ja wieder zusammenfügen. Ist schon ne kniffelige Angelegenheit im OP.
