Is there a service business somewhere in Berlin that offers the following function:

You send a link to a product that can be ordered from any reputable online retailer via email (there may be limits on price, size, and weight of the product) to the store, or you go there directly and show the link via smartphone or something similar.

Once the product has been delivered to the store, you will receive a reply email and can visit the store and purchase the order as you would in any regular store, including paying in cash.

Perhaps there would then be a small surcharge on the original order price so that the store also makes a profit.

But that would be okay

So it would work very similarly to Thalia's ordering service, which allows you to order books that are currently out of stock in the store, only you can access any reputable online retailer.
