No, there is not a throne room, for other festivities:

I don’t know, and if that’s what you’re supposed to be, you can’t get x – any kind of furniture for your own pleasure.

An alternative would be a visit to a photo studio of the upper class, which can arrange something like this or even have extravagant plasters of any kind.
