Das kann dir niemand sagen. 1. hängt dein Netto u.a. von Familienstand, Religion etc. ab (dafür gibt’s im Internet Gehaltsrechner!) und 2. dürfte gerade bei Motorradläden der Umsatz sehr stark von der Jahreszeit abh. sein bzw. als kleiner Sebstständiger hast du in dem Sinn kein Gehalt.
Das Mindeste wird ein Existenzgründer-Kurs von der Kammer die für deinen Beruf zuständig ist sein. Und davor solltest erstmal eine Ausbildung machen, einige Jahre Berufserfahrung sammeln und ggf. noch einen Meister machen.
