Nimmt ein Mann eine einzige Pille, wird wohl nicht viel passieren. Die Konzentration des Östrogen ist nicht so hoch, dass eine Pille hier Schaden anrichten würde.
Würde ein Mann die Pille jedoch über einen längeren Zeitraum einnehmen, käme es mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit zu einer Verweiblichung des Körpers. Diese würde zum Nachlassen des Bartwuchses und zur Veränderung der Figur führen: Männer würden wohl eher an den Hüften statt am Bauch zunehmen.
Es würden nicht tatsächlich Brüste wachsen, aber es käme wohl zu einer vorübergehenden Wassereinlagerung, die wie weibliche Brüste aussehen.
Neben sichtbaren Zeichen der Verweiblichung des Körpers hätte die längere, stetige Einnahme der Pille auch negative Auswirkungen auf die Spermienproduktion und Potenz.
