Hey,

Nutella is delicious, quite, but I am away from it because I have already read several independent reports that mineral oils, etc. have been found, so a substance that has nothing to look for in a bread spread.

Healthy, well, maybe in organic shops, or there are also recipes to make yourself a nut nougat cream. You know what’s in there. At the moment I have a smear of Milka, but it’s certainly not healthy. But keeps me close.

So I really can’t help you there, LG. 🙂

Nutella tastes good, but is it really healthy? 🤔

As if Nutella would be healthy at all.

It consists of 50% of sugar and 30% of fat, even with palm oil.

For me Nutella remains a calorie bomb.

All other bread spreads from other manufacturers also.

If you eat Nutella once a week, it’s very healthy, you’ll be happy and it’ll take you to a mental high regardless that it’s a fat, sweet calorie bomb with a lot of palm oil. This psychological side should not be neglected in food selection. But if this is your main component of breakfast, the world looks different. As usual, the dose makes the poison.

sweetness is never healthy.

really NIE.

but if you have to eat such fat creams, buy them without palm oil. palm oil production kills the last free gorillas and the last forest elephants.

Just organic. In Nutella there is a lot of cheap and above all unhealthy palm fat inside.
