Gibt es Erkältungen die nur Abends da sind?
Hallo,
Seit ein paar Tagen hab ich unspezifische Beschwerden…am Abend, so wie jetzt, fühle ich mich wie erkältet, in der Nase alles belegt, aber dennoch frei, und ich merke richtig in der Nase so ein Erkältungsgefühl, Nachts ist sie dann zu, aber tagsüber geht es mir besser. Vor zwei Tagen hatte ich ganz leicht eine Reizung in der Nase zum Rachen und vergangene Nacht Symptome, tagsüber heute war alles normal, kein Fieber, kein Kreislauf. Nur zum Abend hin jetzt wieder erschöpft und wie erkältet.
Kann das ne leichte Erkältung sein? Hab auch immer sehr doll Hunger dann. Wenn ich esse bessern sich die Beschwerden ein wenig. Heute habe ich jedoch leicht Halsschmerzen, nur auch so unspezifisch, mal beim Schlucken, dann ist komplett gar nichts. Trage schon vorsätzlich einen Schal.
Oder kann das auch allergisch sein?

No, but a reaction to moldy or a fabric you are allergic to, it can only appear in the evening because of your day rhythm.
Just didn’t know what this might trigger. :O I know I’m probably talking about house dust, but then I’d have to have it. And do you feel cold in allergies?
No, you wouldn’t. For example, if you sleep in a room where you are not so much during the day, then dip the symptoms only in the evening/night. especially strong there.
And allergic you can be against almost anything that’s swirling in the air. Against a color, a fabric in a perfume that is e.g. in your bed linen is a plant in your room… …
And yes many symptoms of allergy overlap with a cold. Especially swollen nose. But you can feel particularly weak.
