Yes, there is a Spanish equivalent to ARTE. It is called “TVE Internacional” (TelevisiĂłn Española Internacional) or “RTVEes”. It is a public broadcaster in Spain offering a wide range of cultural and educational content, similar to ARTE. TVE Internacional sends in Spanish and addresses an international audience. The program includes documentation, films, cultural programs, news and more.
I have already been aware of them. On YouTube I find only RTVE Noticias. Apparently, they only operate online on their website.
