Soziopathie als Diagnose wird eigentlich nicht als solche vergeben, diese wäre eine Antisoziale Persönlichkeitsstörung als Diagnose. Gleiches gilt auch für Psychopathie. Und diese genau wie auch die Narzisstische Persönlichkeitsstörung wird eigentlich von Therapeuthen “ungerne” bzw verzögert gegeben, da man als Therapeut erstmal Unterscheiden muss zwischen der Narzisstischen und Antisozialen Persönlichkeitsstörung (und Psychopathie, Soziopathie), da sich beide Persönlichkeitsstörung oftmals überlappen und das eine mit dem anderen verwechselt wird.
Eigentlich nicht, nein. Aber bei Soziopathie, Narzissmus und Psychopathie wird eine Diagnose meistens erst sehr spät gestellt, da Leute damit anderen und nicht sich selbst schaden und dementsprechen sehr spät oder nie Hilfe suchen.
Klar, immerhin ist einiges offensichtlicher als anderes und der Therapeut muss die verschiedenen Probleme ja auch erst zu Gesicht bekommen.
Ich hatte zuerst nur die Diagnose Depression. Später kamen noch ADHS und Angststörung (und eventuell Autismus) hinzu.
