Hallo liebe Community, ich bin kurz davor mir einen Sprinter zu kaufen. Ich habe 2 Stück zur Auswahl mit der gleichen Ausstattung und einem fast gleichen Kilometerstand und der Preis ist auch identisch. Einer hat eine LKW Zulassung und der andere nicht. Yes. If a new car is bought, there is a severely disabled discount for most manufacturers.

Applies regardless of age, but a GdB of at least 50 must usually be present (heavy disability).
Pensioners must, of course, be able to afford a new car.

This also applies to pensioners, or to disabled working days?I have the law that applies only to those who are still working.

In the end, it’s just a cunning, you don’t have a legal claim. But yes, as long as there is a degree of disability of 50 or more. My father (already pensioner) always likes to use it when buying a car.
