Gibt es am Ende ein Zeugnis?
Hallo,
ich mache ein Austauschjahr in Frankreich bis 1/07 und ich habe mich gewundert, ob ich am Ende ein Zeugnis bekommen würde, wenn nicht, wie funktioniert es mit den Noten für das nächste Schuljahr, wenn ich wieder nach Deutschland gehe? Das Ding ist, dass ich ja vor dem Schuljahresende nach Deutschland zurückreise, also wie funktioniert das mit den Noten? Muss ich das Schuljahr wiederholen (Nur zu Info: ich mache ein Austauschjahr im Gymnasium in der 11. Klasse) Und ich weiß nicht, hoffe auch nicht, dass ich das Jahr wiederholen müsste.
Es wäre echt toll, wenn mir einer meine Fragen beantworten könnte. Danke!

Why do you ask this? Ask that the host school, only they can tell you that. Even if someone tells you this or that, it won’t help you if school says something else.
And this can only tell you your school in Germany. Some schools have to repeat from principle, some of them are skipped, some schools say “skipping for half a year, repeating for a whole year”, some make it dependent on the grades in the exchange year, some of the grades in Germany before the exchange, … The only one in which everyone agrees that everything that counts in the Abitur must be completed completely in Germany.
Well, if you explain this before, you can decide yourself what’s more important. I personally found and find repeating not bad at all, and an exchange year was a totally great thing, so my decision was clear and would it be again today. But if someone does not exchange because it is so important for him not to be transferred to the lower level, that is completely ok, then the exchange place will be free for someone else.
