I think you’re female. It’s totally normal with girls that you have a small belly and it’s also totally unhealthy not to have. Girls have a little more organs, such as the womb, etc., than boys, which is why they should be or must be protected by the abdomen. A really flat stomach is not really healthy.

Hi, maybe you eat food that blows you. Especially with very slim people you can see this very quickly.

It’s great that you’re doing sports. A friend weighs about equal and is 177 cm, but with her everything is flat and she makes climbing sports. So she’s pretty muscular.

In the diet you can do much wrong and have to listen to your body. Not everyone is the same or wears the same and some things blow more and such a flowering tree is never pleasant.

Google times for foods that do not blow or vice versa. Then you can change this in your diet.

I don’t know your age, but you probably have a slight underweight. In principle, this is not a problem as long as you have no deficiency. I am even clearly underweight, but very careful that I have no deficiency and the blood values also fit.

Hey, that’s normal. I’m sure you already have a flat belly with this weight and size, but your organs also need its place. Especially as a woman you have this so-called “substructure” (because of the uterus), which is very difficult to train for a woman because it is actually important for your organs.
