Weight?
I'm 5'9" tall and weigh 108 lbs. But my belly is still a bit round. I often beat myself up about it, and does anyone have any tips on how to eat normally and still have a flat stomach? (I already exercise)

This makes it very difficult for me to find a partner. Do you know that?
Hello, I'm 14 years old and weigh 50 kg, and I'm about 1.55m tall. My question is, is this normal for my age, or should I lose weight? Thanks for your answers.
I am 13 years old and unfortunately weigh 152 kilos and I absolutely have to lose weight otherwise I won't live much longer…. my question is, how much weight can a 13-year-old with 152 kilograms lose in 7 days with some exercise and a normal diet
I know that basal metabolic rate is influenced by body weight and muscle mass, but does basal metabolic rate also change with metabolism? Assuming you exercise more (without gaining muscle mass, with cardio, for example) and your metabolism works harder, does that also increase your basal metabolic rate, or does it stay the same and…
Hey 🙂 I am male and 14 years and 3 months old, I am only about 151 cm tall and have no signs of puberty yet, no voice breaking, hardly any hair, you know 😉, anyway all my friends are already really tall, have voice breaking etc. I am not overweight either, weigh about 45…
With your size and weight, you’re clearly underweight.
The fact that you have a small belly will not be able to be repaired by further removal. This is a genetic predisposition that is not to be changed.
Apart from that, you should increase that you’ll soon be in a magnificence. That’s the bigger problem you’ll have.
I think you’re female. It’s totally normal with girls that you have a small belly and it’s also totally unhealthy not to have. Girls have a little more organs, such as the womb, etc., than boys, which is why they should be or must be protected by the abdomen. A really flat stomach is not really healthy.
Hi, maybe you eat food that blows you. Especially with very slim people you can see this very quickly.
It’s great that you’re doing sports. A friend weighs about equal and is 177 cm, but with her everything is flat and she makes climbing sports. So she’s pretty muscular.
In the diet you can do much wrong and have to listen to your body. Not everyone is the same or wears the same and some things blow more and such a flowering tree is never pleasant.
Google times for foods that do not blow or vice versa. Then you can change this in your diet.
I don’t know your age, but you probably have a slight underweight. In principle, this is not a problem as long as you have no deficiency. I am even clearly underweight, but very careful that I have no deficiency and the blood values also fit.
Wish you all the best…
Hey, that’s normal. I’m sure you already have a flat belly with this weight and size, but your organs also need its place. Especially as a woman you have this so-called “substructure” (because of the uterus), which is very difficult to train for a woman because it is actually important for your organs.
48kg is totally little, I’m 3cm larger than you and was once on 60kg and that was really very duennial.
Probably you have some kind of hungry children when the starving water grows in the abdomen. Eat again more, then you live more sober and can also build muscles
Hula hoop.
