Weight?

Hey, hey… I've had hypochondria for 4-5 years (really bad). No therapy or anything else has helped so far, but I've learned to live with it. Anyway… my question also concerns my weight. I'm 160 cm tall and weigh only 46 kg. What's the best way to gain weight? Is that weight dangerous? I actually eat normally, the thing is, I'm not gaining weight…

So the weight is not dangerous. weighs 46 and is 1.63m tall. If you don’t take, you seem to eat too little. ISS times things that have many calories

If you eat tired, it’s okay. Nourish yourself healthy and balanced, then everything is good.

With your body size rather not. I have the same bmi, but I’m 1.80 m tall, I’m fed up. This is usually genetically conditioned. If you really don’t care to stay thin, it might be in your family.

Hey, you just have to eat foods that have a lot of calories.
