Gewerbliches Leasing über Kleingewerbe?

Hallo zusammen.

In principle, this is possible as a small entrepreneur. But it doesn’t matter. On the one hand, you have to check whether this offers you a tax advantage at all. On the other hand, the leasing partner will probably not be able to offer you a leasing contract with the income. The subject is a little more complex. That’s why you need to read yourself in and/or just contact a leasing encoder who can talk to you at the very best.

If you find a leasing encoder who’s doing this, yes.

But you won’t, because you don’t even earn enough money for your living. Your income is below the threshold, you could simply not pay and the leasing provider will be at his expense.

Extremely unfavourable conditions.

You won’t get a leasing contract with these conditions.

In D there is no “small business” and therefore there can be no “small business leasing”…😥!!!

If you have registered a business, you can lease a pkw… but consider:

leasing offers for traders are nice prices!

there’s another one!

you’ll get it back, but only if you’re looking for it through your sales!

Since he talks about a “small business” I assume that he makes use of the small business organization. There is nix with VAT back.

Nevertheless, the nice price of the dealer is still the most important…

Right. But he doesn’t get the leasing contract first, so that’s not a problem ^^
