Commercial questions porn industry?
I currently own a business registered on e-commerce. My wife and I have now decided to sell a few films online.
Now my question (also regarding health insurance contributions and family insurance) is whether it would be possible to employ my wife as a mini-jobber, so to speak, in the official sense, in order to ultimately reduce the health insurance costs, since she would then earn less than 600 euros and I would receive the money for the films into my account. Because I think that from a purely financial perspective, it doesn't make sense if we split it 50:50 and each of us is self-employed, as the taxes would then be twice as high.
Would this be legally feasible or what could be a solution?
Or can she also do this purely as a hobby without demanding payment in the official sense or would it be illegal work if she doesn't get paid in that sense

Then you re-register your business and expand it for the addition “… as well as creation and sale of films”. Then you can hire her as a minijobber as planned by you.

No. As soon as she is “commercially active”, she must register a trade. It is also active in industry when it comes to economic activity which
(a) to be exercised. And that’s exactly what happens here.
