Gewährleistung?
Hey Leute, habe mir ein Scooter gekauft in einem Fachhandel, der Scooter hat nach ein Paar monaten ein bisschen rumgezickt, allerdings konnten sie die Paar fehler reparieren, jetzt zickt er wieder rum und der Laden ist jetzt in Insolvenz gegangen, die Gewährleistung ist allerdings vorhanden (das Gerät ist nicht mal ein Jahr alt) und der Hersteller bietet mir “nur” eine Inspektion in höhe von 115€ an.
Kontakt zum Ladeninhaber ist leider nicht möglich.
Was kann ich tun?

The hands would be Warranty in charge, and if there is no more, you have unfortunately had bad luck.
The manufacturer is only for Guarantee the competent authority, that is a voluntary service and that results from the guarantee certificate; see what you have.
The manufacturer does not want to do it even though it is a German product (from German production). He only suggested this inspection that I still have to pay from my own pocket. The dealer just made a large order at the manufacturer.
Then is That’s it.
You only have a contract with the dealer, not with the manufacturer.
You can contact the insolvency administrator.
But if you can also leave, it’ll be nix.
How do I know who the insolvency administrator is? I can’t even reach the dealer.
