Getting tired after 12 hours is normal or not?

For example, I (25-year-old) usually wake up around 7-8 a.m. and am always really tired after 12 hours at the latest. So, I don't think it's normal to only go 12 hours a day without sleep, right? Back in school, I used to wake up at 6 a.m. and go to bed between 12 and 1 a.m.

And actually, everyone around me stays awake much longer despite working and getting up early.

I’m w25 and I work in a zoo store.

We have different working layers but the shop is usually open from 9 am to 9 pm.

If I have to work 9 a.m., I’ll try to go to sleep at least 1/2 a.m. so I’ll have 6 h sleep. If I’m late, I have to work at 11.30 a.m., I’ll sleep at 3 p.m. at the latest. And I often try to sleep at 1 o’clock and get up for “lat” at 8 o’clock instead.

For example, now (1.30 a.m.), I meet today against three quarters of 10 (9.45 a.m. – for Wessis) with friends and probably stand up against half 9.

So always have 6-8 h of sleep, but get along well with 7 h. I’m more like a guy, a night owl and a lot.

I, 20, go to sleep in the week at 9:00, stand at 6…I’m tired…no matter how much I sleep. 🥲

On the WE I usually stand up against 12 and then make a short midday sleep on 14/15 o’clock and then at the latest 20 o’clock again mature for the ton.

Under 5 hours of sleep I’m even listening to the alarm clock… I just don’t wake up.

In my opinion, it is actually an extremely catastrophic low vitamin D value.

From a value of 25, one usually speaks of a serious deficiency. My value is less than 4 💀

I am almost dead inside Before I get prescribed vitamin D, I’ve slept even more…

Always depends on how your everyday life is in general and how you are “lastable”. Everyone is different. 12 hours are still in the thirsty, otherwise try to drink more – to eat a little more, maybe that’s pushing you something.

I think that’s normal and that’s different for everyone

Take a blood test and let your doctor advise you. V.a in winter (my doctor told me) you feel the vitamin D deficiency very strongly
