Getting smaller due to osteoporosis?
Hello, I've heard that if you don't consume enough calcium and are generally at increased risk for osteoporosis, for example, due to reduced nutrient intake, you can develop osteoporosis and become shorter. Is that true? And if so, when does bone loss start? Does it only occur with age, or can you get it as early as 17?
The vertebrals break and the spine crumbles.
What you need is vitamin D3 and C and some say K2.
You can also have the juvenile shape at your age.
Ok, thank you, how does the juvenile form become noticeable?
Do you have great disadvantages?
