Getting pregnant when changing pills?

Hello, I'm currently changing my pill. I'm switching from Maxim to a mini-pill (minisiston), and I'm currently on my last break from Maxim. I haven't had my period yet, but I should get it tomorrow. I had sex today, and he came inside me. Since I'm starting the new pill next Sunday, my question is, will I still be protected as normal, or is there a chance I could get pregnant since it's a mini-pill?

My thought was that you should always wait 7 days for the pill to take effect. I'm very confused about that now.

Hello, you 're moving from Maxim the Ministry < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > < < < < < < < > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > > < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < < > > > > > > The prevention of such a change remains APPLICATION you may not exceed the maximum break of 7 days between both pills. The "7-day rule" you are thinking about is without any relevance in this case! – Many dear greetings, Imke =)

As a rule, all questions concerning the contraceptive effect, taking, typical side effects, interactions and taking errors etc. are answered in the use information.

Also your new pill Minisiston is (like the Maxim) a combination pill – this note is in the first section.

Below in the 3rd section you will find how to change from another pill without loss of protection:

If you change from another combined pill (with two active ingredients), a vaginal ring or a contraceptive plaster to minisiston:

The use of minisiston should preferably be started on the day after the last active substance-containing tablet of the previously taken oral contraceptive agent has been taken, but at the latest on the day after the usual intake-free interval or after the intake of the active substance-free tablets of the previously taken contraceptive agent.

So if you don't extend the break, you're protected.

Happy for you!

Hey,

if you have taken your pill 14 days before (without mistakes), you are also protected during the pill break.
When changing to a new pill, there should be theoretical protection on the first day, but it is recommended that you be prevented from using condoms for 7 days.
The sperm survive in the body โ€œonlyโ€ a maximum of 5 days so it should not be a problem until Sunday (if you have taken the pill correctly)
