Getriebe mahlendes Geräusch?

(Audi a4 b8 143ps, 2.0TDI, 2010BJ)

Clearly sounds like problems under load in the gearbox. Then ground noises are always indication in stock. If gears can then also be switched hard, this is due to the displacement of a shaft which is no longer correctly mounted.

“But he also emits ground noises in idle. It is only gone when the clutch has entered.” then it is probably the mounting of the switching shaft, because it rotates in idle.

You can’t predict that because you don’t know what consequential damage there may be. Most workshops do not even disassemble gears because it is quite demanding. They then prefer to build an exchange gear and the costs are virtually fixed. Numbers I can’t call

Several causes are possible. I’m afraid you won’t be around a workshop visit.

Yeah, there could be something in the gear. Or it just lacks oil.

Can be, but can still hold 100k. Glass ball in repair.

Depends on the scope of work.

Can be repaired

So worn tooth flanks. Hope the gear stops… If two no longer rub surfaces against each other, this is never noiseless.

An excessively moving shift lever is a safe sign for a broken motor bearing. With many cars only a small, cheap repair.
