Getriebe mahlendes Geräusch?
(Audi a4 b8 143ps, 2.0TDI, 2010BJ)
Clearly sounds like problems under load in the gearbox. Then ground noises are always indication in stock. If gears can then also be switched hard, this is due to the displacement of a shaft which is no longer correctly mounted.
However, it also emits grinding noises in idle. It’s only gone when the clutch kicked. I’ve run gear oil from 4 to 0.8l (repairs D.h oil change) and since then it’s starting when I run off hard. But only the first and second gear. Something must have been falling apart there, right?
“But he also emits ground noises in idle. It is only gone when the clutch has entered.” then it is probably the mounting of the switching shaft, because it rotates in idle.
I drove on the highway at Vollast 20min and since then the noise came
But can that really be about it? Because sometimes the 1st and 2 gears are bad. The others are top. The grinding noise only makes me create
You can’t predict that because you don’t know what consequential damage there may be. Most workshops do not even disassemble gears because it is quite demanding. They then prefer to build an exchange gear and the costs are virtually fixed. Numbers I can’t call
All right. If it were, how expensive would it be to fix it? Or is this not possible at all and it has to produce an interchangeable transmission? Thank you for the information!
Several causes are possible. I’m afraid you won’t be around a workshop visit.
Yeah, there could be something in the gear. Or it just lacks oil.
That was the first thing to me was a “stop” and had only 0.8l instead of 4l gear oil. But I only drove briefly with it (20km). At that time it was also loud and now only very quiet.
(Spotting and oil has been changed since then)
Could the defective engine bearing have given the gear a blow at high speed? That’s what broke up in the gear?
Can be, but can still hold 100k. Glass ball in repair.
Depends on the scope of work.
You know how expensive it is?
Can be repaired
Does that mean that I need a completely new gear in the next time?🤕
So worn tooth flanks. Hope the gear stops… If two no longer rub surfaces against each other, this is never noiseless.
An excessively moving shift lever is a safe sign for a broken motor bearing. With many cars only a small, cheap repair.
