Drinks for barbecue evening?
Hello
There is a barbecue evening with 50 people this weekend.
30 adults (15 M / 15 F)
17 teenagers (13-14 years)
And three children
Duration approximately 5 hours. From 6pm to 11pm
So far I have been concerned about:
60 liters of water
50 liters of cola mix
50 liters of apple spritzer
Plus four cases of beer.
What do you think? Is this enough? Or do I need to make some improvements.
Greetings and thanks
From the total quantities, that’s too much. These are 5 hours and you have 4 liters of drinks per person.
4 boxes of beer on a hot summer evening on the grill with so many people? It’ll be nix!
Better get 3 more boxes on it (the kids will also use it – whether you want or not)
No acoholic drinks for the ladies? Sect, Prosecco, Rosé wine?
What are the ladies who don’t like beer? Drink 60 litres of water???
Tip:
Wow, that’s more than enough! (It could also invite me to invite😁).
However, I would have taken less of everything..-for Radler – young people can also drink (and feel equally creepy adult), the adult tastes too – and you can still go home by car.
I personally also lack white wine choir – is my favorite.
Have fun… and don’t let anything burn!
I would exchange 20 litres of water for another 20 litres of beer for a local barbecue.
When all adults drink beer, 4 boxes are very close.
You should double your beer stock (to get really warm), juices should not be missing!
