Get binge eating under control?
Hi,
I have the problem that I eat a lot of sweet and unhealthy things all at once. I don't enjoy it at all; I just suddenly eat a lot without really realizing it.
Otherwise I live a very healthy life and am very sporty and slim.
Still, it's not healthy, and I want to get it under control. I don't think it makes sense to completely abstain.
Does anyone have any tips on how I can get this under control?
