Get a point with a photo?

I double-parked for a few minutes today because I had to see a client. When I got out, I saw a bus behind my car, and the driver said he called the police and took a picture of my car. Now the question is, what kind of ticket will I get?
Do I get a point?

thanks in advance

If you only stopped (max. 3 minutes and stayed with the vehicle), the fine would be €55 without a point if you were not obstructing the vehicle; the equivalent amount for parking is €70 (+fees) and 1 point if you were stopping while obstructing the vehicle; and €80 (+fees) and 1 point if you were parking while obstructing the vehicle.

If the public order office actually uses the photo as the basis for a fine, the violation will cost a €55 fine (TBRN 112460 / 51a BKat). No points or fees will be awarded if you pay within one week of receiving the notice.

I did indeed conceal the obstruction. That would result in a fine of €70 (+fees) and one point (TBNR 112661 / 51a.1 BKat).

For now, we just have to wait and see whether the authorities actually take action based on a photo. Then we can see whether the photo is truly sufficient as evidence.

The basis for a fine is the report by the bus driver; the photo is only additional evidence.
